FPRD-D31

Claim FPRD-D31

Exact statement

The FPRD v2 kernel consists of a separating bounded-observation tower; a set of presentations with a semantic map not assumed surjective; a target- and horizon-independent resource map; the set-valued finite-horizon feasible field as the primary object; constrained sections as core demands and unconstrained projections as derived core quantities; an eligibility gate requiring field form and a non-triviality witness; and an auxiliary register for retained rank- and limit-type descriptors. Compact sewing and escape are optional modules, not automatic consequences of admission to the kernel.

Context

This row is imported exactly from the governed FPRD claims ledger. The matrix assignment records normalized inventory coverage; it is not a new proof or a promotion of the ledger status.

Proof or evidence

The ledger points to docs/specs/fprd-v2-kernel.md. The matrix has not yet rewritten that source into a self-contained public proof summary.

Verification notes

Reviewed on 2026-08-25 for identifier, status, provenance, evidence-link presence, and dependency import only. Mathematical proof audit remains the next action unless separately documented.

Limitations

  • Budget-indexed resource maps are excluded from this kernel. A doctrine whose local resource cannot be globalized receives a separate local-resource field and does not inherit T60 or T61 without a new local-to-global theorem. This is a working interface, not a claim to a new general foundation.
