Transformation-degree and linear-loop review audit

transformation_linear_loop_review.py independently checks the finite mechanisms used in the two reviewed result families. It enumerates marked transformation pairs through degree three, checks the shortest paired-value representative bound, compares transformation and permutation targets for small generated groups, exhausts bounded polynomial identities for two-state graph loops, verifies Vandermonde ranks, and checks the complete three-state recurrence for y = x^3 + x^2.

Run:

The generated independent-output.json records counts. These finite checks are corroborating evidence, not proofs of the unbounded statements.
