Result review batch 16

This directory contains an independent hostile audit for the relative-degree rational-series and earlier reverse-and-add result families.

Run:

python3 relative_reverse_add_review.py --output audit-output.json

The relative-degree control gives an explicit two-dimensional representation over {a,b,c} that passes the public B-only safe-row test at degree one but has nonzero coefficient on c. It certifies why the theorem must retain the posted binary alphabet, or else add an annihilation condition for every non-a letter.

The reverse-and-add audit independently checks the folded carry computation in bases 2 through 16, the non-growing mirrored-digit law, the complete decimal one-step-palindrome census through one million, and inputs whose reversal loses leading zeroes. These are finite checks; they make no assertion about whether the decimal orbit of 196 ever reaches a palindrome.
