Editorial review: shared work, routing and normalization

13 October 2026. Editorial assessment 239. No mathematical result, code change or claim admission.

Reviewed scope and changes

Reviewed the foundations overview and current checkpoint, the speculative-service and selector-routing failures, constructions 81–82, assessments 234–238 and their four maintained Python source readers.

Dated historical “latest result” and “next test” passages in the service and routing notes and the primary-proof comparison. Added successor links that distinguish the later shared-index constructions from the restricted traversal failures they escape. Preserved the earlier contracts, failure gates and construction 82’s additional per-namespace seed condition. Rendered the routing example’s costs and the contraction example’s parameters as mathematics, corrected normalization notation and copy, and retained existing headings and routes.

The readable proof chain is service cuts, selector routing, shared contraction, and shared normalizers. Source readers include service, routing, contraction, and normalization, with highlighted code, line anchors and exact raw downloads.

Verification boundary

Verification covers generated styled HTML, rendered mathematical notation, local links and fragments, code line anchors and download bytes. Exact results and pinned deployment/source parity are recorded in integration state. Code is unchanged; no mathematical experiment is recounted. The homepage research date and publication order are unchanged. The separate Draft 6 editorial update is preserved.

Browser viewport inspection is unavailable in the supported Sites workflow; responsive layout and clipping remain unverified. The unrelated full repository suite is not rerun for these editorial changes; its previously recorded baseline failures remain unchanged.

Preserved mathematical next target

Replace common zero filler by independently learned filler words. Seek a bounded shared normalization basis, charge pattern discovery and literal activation updates without scanning the growing pattern family, and prove timely current readout. Preserve arbitrary whole-suffix permutations, arbitrary-name routing, cyclic sharing and heterogeneous service as open. Preserve this mathematical target through the next editorial pass.

Scheduled completion 144 advances once. Mathematical 145, window five, last reassessment 140 and native construction 82 remain unchanged. Completion 145 is the next dedicated primary-proof review; completion 150 requires both literature and editorial duties.
