Raw transfer custody

This directory preserves provisional artifacts transferred from the temporary ChatGPT staging area of the FPRD Lab site. A file in this directory has not been admitted as a governed FPRD claim or evidence item.

TRANSFER-LEDGER.tsv records every transferred file, its SHA-256 digest, the public URL from which it was retrieved, and its durable GitLab raw URL. The temporary site copy may be removed only after the corresponding GitLab URL has been verified.
