Signed six-root peripheral transport
8 September 2026. Supporting ATTACK evidence, not a new Publication.
The current proof composes the audited native GY six-root action with an explicit local collar/state/ribbon dictionary and the existing CK/PP comparison. It retains all central opposite-root signs and the original PP branch coefficients. The distinction between unweighted marking reversal and PP’s weighted self-duality is essential: the latter fails the unchanged same-state splitting/counit square.

sha256sum -c SHA256SUMS.txtThe scripts certify algebra and tensor identities, not the cited geometric source theorems. No manifold, slope, triangulation or skein-configuration census is used. Primary PDFs and page images are not redistributed.
Panitch–Romo Conjecture 7.1 remains open: unrestricted filling nonvanishing is not proved. No integral or exceptional-parameter all-slope extension, Pachner-natural action, external review, author endorsement or priority claim is made. The proof uses the existing mixed-sided Laurent reading of CK; it does not certify an author erratum.
