Peripheral projection packet
The proof is FPRD-peripheral-projection-2026-09-08.md. It classifies all supported monomial translates at the same complete angle certificate and proves that every remaining-cusp boundary-skein insertion fails to detect the filled vacuum. The oriented odd sector remains open.
Run python3 verify-peripheral-projection.py with Python 3.10 or later. Only the standard library is needed. The program writes exact-results.json; it performs exact quantum-torus and finite-support boundary coefficient calculations. It enumerates no triangulations, manifolds, slopes, or normal supports. Its formal boundary witnesses are not actual normal indices.
internal-audit.md records proof challenges and scope; source-ledger.md distinguishes formal dependencies from influence and inspected alternatives. FPRD-research-loop-state.md preserves the continuing problem and prior results.
Run python3 build-release.py to regenerate the deterministic archive and hashes after running the verifier. The archive contains its member checksum manifest; the archive checksum and extraction verification are outside the archive.
