Face-defect quotient packet

The proof generalizes the unused figure-eight parity to cohomological degrees for actual ideally triangulated manifolds. With r torus cusps and strict angles, the generic full quantum-trace cokernel has at least 2^r-1 independent classes. This implies nonzero minimal compatible quotients for every filling; a common quotient supports a zero filled trace. It does not construct a nonzero filled invariant.
