Cyclic polarization and the meridian vacuum boundary

Read FPRD-cyclic-polarization-and-meridian-boundary-2026-09-08.md for the full-root cyclic presentation isomorphism, native scalar transport, all-nonmeridional vacuum theorem, nonzero meridian cokernel, and finite all-plus meridian vacuum certificate.

Reproduce with Python 3 and its standard library:

python3 verify-cyclic-polarization.py
python3 build-release.py

exact-results.json contains generic Laurent identities, an outside-cone native control, the meridian control, and rigorous quadratic tail bounds. Gaussian integer coefficients are encoded [real, imaginary], with A exponents.

meridian-certificate.json supplies the actual full quantum-algebra identity. Its eight tetrahedron multipliers are encoded [tetrahedron, centered j, centered k, A degree, integer coefficient]; the multiplier is that coefficient times A to that degree times W(0,0;2j+2,2k-2). The explicit edge and filling right multipliers use full root vectors and exact coefficient data.

The certificate is in the native all-plus central sector. It does not prove vanishing of the full-six-root meridian vacuum. The sector itself is nonzero. This is a supporting note, not a resolution of the unrestricted Panitch–Romo conjecture.

The release builder regenerates results, hashes all payloads, creates a deterministic archive and compares every extracted byte. The included FPRD-research-loop-state.md is a snapshot of the continuing handoff. Relative sibling links resolve in the Site evidence tree.
