Clean-excess meridian detector obstruction
8 September 2026. Supporting ATTACK research packet, not a Publication.
The main theorem shows that a clean, scheme-smooth excess classical intersection makes the formal-local mixed-sided meridian detector -torsion. It applies conditionally to the actual six-root relation presentation. It does not prove that the original algebraic meridian cokernel vanishes. Exact global/local and cyclic-resonance countermodels expose why stronger inferences fail.

Reproduce:
python3 verify-clean-excess.py
sha256sum -c SHA256SUMS.txtPython 3.10 or newer, standard library only. The exact finite verifier audits displayed identities; the written proof supplies all-orders formal extinction and universal algebraic statements. No manifold, slope, triangulation or skein-configuration census is used.
PR 7.1 remains open. No new author contact, external review, endorsement, or priority claim is made. Recommended next mode: ATTACK the actual global algebraic meridian cokernel with a detector that respects its full quantum shifts and relation list.
