Full six-root meridian vacuum certificate

The proof is FPRD-central-meridian-vacuum-2026-09-08.md.

It proves [1-l²]=0 in the full native six-root meridian cokernel of the declared figure-eight datum, while retaining [1]≠0. This is a research note, not a resolution or counterexample to the unrestricted Panitch–Romo conjecture.

Reproduce with Python 3 (standard library only):

python verify-central-meridian.py
python build-release.py

central-certificate.json contains the finite squared-moment and central-character certificates and their reversed-orientation counterpart. exact-results.json records exact checks and limitations. Central bit masks encode formal involution monomials, not evaluated sign components. No slope, manifold, triangulation, or sign-sector enumeration is performed.

internal-audit.md is a self-audit. source-ledger.md separates formal dependencies from influence. build-release.py regenerates the results and a deterministic archive with checked hashes. The preceding cyclic-polarization proof remains the explicit dependency for nonzero unit and convergence; this packet’s zero certificate is finite.

Next question: for the actual unfilled trace T and meridian filling bracket p, is ker T contained in ker p? This decides vacuum survival in the minimal compatible linear quotient Q/T(ker p), which need not be the boundary-balanced quotient.
