Promoting fixed exact recursion to asymptotic tensor machinery

Exact statement

Promoting fixed exact recursion to asymptotic tensor machinery. the Run 2 recurrence repeats one exact finite rank decomposition. Border rank needs a limiting/degeneration transfer; asymptotic rank may exploit strict submultiplicativity; Schönhage's inequality amortizes direct sums; and the laser method uses partitioning and zeroing in high tensor powers. None is present in Theorem R2.1.

Statusrejected.
External reviewNo documented external or specialist review of the FPRD synthesis is recorded.

Context

The research record preserves failed approaches when they expose a model boundary, an invalid transfer, or an unsupported strengthening.

Proof or evidence

the Run 2 recurrence repeats one exact finite rank decomposition. Verification notes

The failure status and preserved lesson are recorded in the cumulative failure ledger.

Limitations

  • each later algebraic relaxation needs its own executable receipt theorem and resource audit.
