Context
The residual tower gives canonical semantic transport but not the resources needed to realize it physically. The spectrum records every feasible bounded persistent realization instead of selecting one encoding.
Definitions
- A presentation uses finite control and labels, fixed node degree, fixed descriptor radius, immutable old nodes, and one new node per input symbol.
- The four coordinates are resource ceilings, so unused capacity is allowed.
- The spectrum is model-relative: it minimizes over scaffold presentations, not over every conceivable machine model.
Proof or evidence
FPRD-T157 proves upward closure, a finite Pareto basis, complement invariance, and an explicit Boolean pairing construction.
Verification notes
The definition was checked against the native scaffold transition boundary and the reversal-sensitive PEG transfer in FPRD-T110.
Limitations
- The spectrum does not compare scaffold resources with time or space in arbitrary machine models.
- Nonemptiness is exactly scaffold recognizability; FPRD-T165 now supplies a forgotten-action visible lift whose projection has empty spectrum.
- No novelty claim is made for the underlying scaffolding model.
