FPRD-D41

Continuation-exposed replay profile

Exact statement

For a fixed family of continuations, a prefix's continuation-exposed replay profile records the accept/reject response to each continuation. Pointwise replay width is the largest source slice used by one completed continuation, while the future-exposed union contains every old source coordinate selected across the family.

StatusDefined self-containedly and calibrated on an exact selector family
External reviewNo documented external or specialist review of this FPRD result is recorded.

Context

FPRD-T150 fixes one execution and recovers its backward dependency slice. A stationary recognizer must instead remain prepared for many future continuations, each of which may select a different old slice.

Definitions

  • The replay profile is the Boolean response vector on a finite continuation test family.
  • Pointwise replay width maximizes the old source support over one continuation at a time.
  • The future-exposed union collects the old coordinates selected by any continuation in the family.

Proof or evidence

The public note defines the three objects and the checker realizes them exactly on all selector families through twelve coordinates.

Verification notes

The definition was checked against the Lab's existing per-execution replay support, bounded-observation exposure, and residual-cut terminology so that none of the three quantities is identified with another.

Limitations

  • The profile depends on the selected continuation family.
  • Coordinate count does not by itself measure the cost of naming or transporting persistent roots.
  • The definition makes no novelty claim over residual tables or Index-style query families.
